How do you negotiate better carrier rates than I can get directly?expand_more
We aggregate the volume of 100+ merchants. Carriers give us wholesale rates that individual merchants — especially smaller ones — can't access. We pass those rates on to you with one transparent margin.
What happens if a carrier's system goes down?expand_more
Shipit24 automatically retries with a fallback carrier. Your shipment still goes out. Your customer doesn't notice. We absorb the operational complexity.
Can I keep my existing carrier contracts and add Shipit24 alongside?expand_more
Yes. Many merchants do exactly this — they keep one carrier contract for their highest-volume route and use Shipit24 for everything else (cross-border, marketplaces, low-volume carriers, returns). No exclusivity required.

Yes. Shipit24 is a registered Estonian company subject to EU GDPR. Customer and parcel data is hosted in EU jurisdictions. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every merchant who needs one. A full security overview is on our Trust Center.
What if I want to stop using Shipit24?expand_more
You can leave any time. We provide an export of your historical shipment data, help you transition any active integrations, and don't charge for offboarding. No contracts means no exit fees.
Do I need a VAT number to use Shipit24?expand_more
No. Non-VAT-registered businesses and sole traders can use Shipit24. VAT-registered companies get correctly formatted invoices for tax purposes.
